We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages if the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Processing Time

Order processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing before it is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Canada: Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center near Hong Kong International Airport. Estimated delivery via DHL Express is 3–7 business days.

United States: Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California. Estimated delivery via FedEx, UPS, or USPS is 1–5 business days.
