With all original tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us by email. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
