What channels can I watch? Can I use the service without the box?
Each SuperBox is sold with a Disclaimer Notice clarifying that it is an empty entertainment platform. Users may install apps of their choice from app stores or the internet. The responsibility for app usage and content streaming lies solely with the customer, who must ensure compliance with copyright laws.

Do I need WiFi?
Yes. For smooth HD streaming, we recommend a stable connection of 25–100 Mbps and placing the box near your router.
Can multiple TVs use one box?
One TV can connect to one box at a time. Multi-screen support is not yet available, but our developers are exploring options.
Do I need a Smart TV?
No. Any TV with an HDMI or AV input and an internet connection works with SuperBox.
What is the range for connecting?
The device connects to your TV via the included HDMI cable. The closer the setup, the better the performance.
Is SuperBox legal?
Yes. SuperBox is a legal Android device. It is sold as hardware only. Customers may install their own apps, and it is their responsibility to comply with relevant copyright laws.
Warranty Policy
SuperBox devices include a one-year warranty.
If you experience technical issues, our support team will assist with troubleshooting first.
If hardware repair is required, you may return the device for free service during the warranty period.
After one year, repairs are still available at a separate cost, and your service will continue once the device is fixed.
While your device is being serviced, we will provide you with an account to maintain your access.

How do I change the time zone?
Go to Settings > Device Preferences > Date & Time and select your correct time zone.
What does “Device Prohibited (202)” mean?
This error does not occur with units purchased from us. If you see this, it means the device is from another retailer. Please contact them directly. For our customers, simply provide your name, order number, and MAC address, and we will help you.
How to fix Google error code 403?
